Every Mars Adventure Gear product is built to last, quality-tested, and guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. 

If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team at support@marsag.co. Be sure to include your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Mars Adventure Gear Warranty

At Mars Adventure Gear, we take pride in creating durable, high-quality products built for real-world adventures. That’s why we stand behind our gear with a warranty covering Mars-branded products, protecting the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship within the timeframes specified for each product.

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. For qualifying warranty claims, Mars will repair your product at no cost for parts or labor. MarsAG will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. MarsAG will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation. If a repair isn’t possible (at our discretion), we’ll either:

• Replace the product,

• Provide a refund equal to the purchase price, or

• Offer credit toward a new Mars product in the same category.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty doesn’t cover:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage

• Accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

• Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper assembly, or failure to follow Mars’s instructions

• Non-Mars products used alongside Mars products

How to Start a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Mars product is defective, please reach out to us at support@marsag.co with the following:

• Your order number

• Contact information

• A detailed description of the issue

If your product needs to be returned, our team will provide you with the shipping address and return instructions. We’ll also reimburse your shipping costs when you provide a copy of the receipt—or we may provide a prepaid shipping label to make things easy. Please include your proof of purchase with any return.

Our Promise (and Our Limits)

The Mars warranty is designed to protect your gear, but it doesn’t cover indirect damage to other property or belongings. Defects resulting from conditions beyond Mars' control include but are not limited to misuses, overloading, loose bolts & screws, or failure to assemble, install or use the product in accordance with our written instructions or guidelines. Beyond the repair, replacement, refund, or credit we provide for a defective product, Mars isn’t responsible for any additional costs or losses.

Legal Stuff

This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties—express or implied—including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights beyond this warranty.
