The MARS EXPEDITION™ RACK (FRONT) boasts a lightweight single-piece design with no exposed bolts.
The front rack is compatible with the Tesla Cyberbeast Lightbar and the Cybertent.
For customers who're looking for the best gap & flush conditions, we recommend the aluminum version over the steel version as the aluminum sheet metal forms a curved shape better than powder-coated steel.

Transform your Cybertruck's rooftop into a fully level platform ideal for mounting accessories like side awnings. The rack's sub-flush aero blade front edge is designed to enhance aerodynamics, reducing wind noise effectively. Our testing at 65 mph over 500 miles shows no noticeable increase in energy consumption with the rack installed.
ROBUST & LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIALS
The all-aluminum crossbars are supported by carbon steel sides for maximum durability. For those seeking even lighter options, choose 5052 aluminum for the side supports, saving 15.4 lbs per set while maintaining the same robust load rating. The side supports are crafted from a single piece of sheet metal with welded ribs for extra strength.
FAST INSTALLATION
Thanks to the one-piece design, the expedition rack can be installed by one person in under 15 minutes with tools included in the kit.
SEAMLESSLY INTEGRATES WITH MARS™ ACCESSORIES
Featuring standard T-slot mounting capabilities compatible with most rooftop gear, each purchase includes a dozen standard 15 mm T-slot nuts. While the rack supports loads up to 220 lbs., as specified by Tesla, we advise against mounting rooftop tents since their weight, combined with an occupant, could exceed this limit and risk damaging your vehicle’s roof structure.
CUSTOMIZABLE SETUP
Reconfigure your setup as needed with up to 3 slideable aluminum crossbars, allowing for optimal customization. With the aluminum version of the front rack, you can also add a rear section to get the full expedition rack. The MARS EXPEDITION™ RACK (FRONT) is also compatible with the upcoming Tesla Cybertruck Light Bar.
